PROGRAMS

education

PGP's educational programs provide Philadelphians with innovative learning experiences, opportunities to acquire transferable skills, and an understanding of environmental stewardship. In 2023, PGP served 2,360 Philadelphia school-age children through 25 educational visits, and trained 19 teen interns.

therapy

PGP creates programs for better health, wellness, and social outcomes for all community members. This past year, PGP provided services for 2,222 people through 30 therapeutic experiences including free bereavement events led by a grief coach, specialized goat walks for individuals with special needs and their families, and small group skill building sessions with our licensed social workers.

community

PGP's free programs provide direct opportunities for community members to thrive: in a culture where everyone belongs. In 2023 PGP held 60 free and accessible community events including goat walks throughout the city and The Farm at Awbury, library visits, and open houses attended by 14,186 people.
